PROCESSING: WEB – NAVIGATION DATA
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning, and is deleted after processing. The data could be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

2.2. WEB treatment
PROCESSING: WEB – SENDING CURRICULUM VITAE
Through the “Work with us” section of the Site, you may provide your personal data and CV to the Controller in order to apply for open positions or possible future positions. Your personal data are processed exclusively for the handling of your application and related activities.
Nature of conferment: Mandatory
Consequences of refusal to provide data Failure to provide consent will make it impossible for the Data Controller to receive your Curriculum Vitae and carry out the activities aimed at managing your application.
Minimum data protection measures: password, firewall, antivirus, reCAPTCHA
Personal data retention period: Your personal data processed for the purpose of managing your CV will be retained for N months after receipt or unsuccessful selection, in order to be able to consider you for possible future positions.
Basis of processing: The legal basis for registration on the Site and the provision of related services is the need to execute your request, in compliance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. It is therefore not necessary to obtain your prior consent for processing.

Should you wish to be kept up-to-date on the latest products and services offered by the Data Controller or by third party companies, you will be able to join our marketing initiatives by allowing the Data Controller to send you the newsletter and further commercial communications.
Nature of conferment: Optional
Consequences of refusal to provide data Failure to provide data will not affect the fulfilment of your requests or the use of web services, but will make it impossible for the Data Controller to send you commercial communications.
Minimum data protection measures: password, firewall, antivirus, reCAPTCHA
Personal data retention period: Your personal data will be actively processed for as long as necessary for the management of the existing relationship and/or the execution of the contract. The information collected for the evaluation of the conclusion of the contract will be deleted within N months if it is not finalised.
2.4. WEB treatment
TREATMENT: WEB – NEWSLETTER USE OF SERVICE
Should you wish to be kept up to date with the latest news on the products and services offered by the Controller, you will be able to join our marketing initiatives by allowing the Controller to send you the newsletter and further commercial communications.

Consequences of refusal to provide data Failure to provide data will not affect the fulfilment of your requests or the use of web services, but will make it impossible for the Data Controller to send you commercial communications.

Personal data retention period: Your personal data will be processed until you decide to revoke your consent or object to processing.
Basis of processing: The legal basis for registration on the Site and the provision of related services is the need to execute your request, in compliance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. It is therefore not necessary to obtain your prior consent for processing.
2.5. WEB treatment
PROCESSING: WEB – REQUESTS MADE THROUGH THE SITE
Your personal data may be processed by the Controller to fulfil your requests made by writing to one of the e-mail addresses available on the Site or by filling in the registration and/or contact forms on the Site.
Nature of conferment: Mandatory
Consequences of refusal to provide data Failure to provide the requested data will make it impossible for the Controller to execute your request.
Minimum data protection measures: password, firewall, antivirus, reCAPTCHA
Storage period of personal data: The data collected for this purpose will be processed for the time strictly necessary to fulfil your request and then stored for 10 years after the request has been processed.
Reference Standards of the Processing: The legal basis of the processing is the need to execute your request, in compliance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. It is therefore not necessary to obtain your prior consent for processing.

4. What rights do you have as a data subject:
In relation to the processing operations described in this Information Notice, as a data subject you may, as provided for in European Regulation 679/2016, exercise your rights as set out in Articles 15 to 21 and, in particular:
– Right of access – Article 15 GDPR: the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, if so, to obtain access to your personal data, including a copy thereof.
– Right of rectification – Article 16 GDPR: the right to obtain, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and/or the integration of incomplete personal data;
– Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) – Article 17 GDPR: right to obtain, without undue delay, the deletion of personal data concerning you.
– Right to restriction of processing – Article 18 GDPR: right to obtain restriction of processing when:
1. the data subject contests the accuracy of personal data, for the period necessary for the data controller to verify the accuracy of such data;
2. the processing is unlawful and the data subject objects to the deletion of the personal data and requests instead that their use be restricted;
3. personal data are necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim;
4. the data subject has objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, during the period pending verification as to whether the data controller’s legitimate reasons prevail over those of the data subject.
– Right to data portability – Article 20 GDPR: the right to receive, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, the personal data concerning you provided to the Controller and the right to transmit them to another controller without hindrance, where the processing is based on consent and is carried out by automated means. In addition, the right to have your personal data transmitted directly from the Bank to another data controller if this is technically feasible;
– Right to object – Article 21 GDPR: the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation to the processing of personal data concerning you based on the lawful condition of legitimate interest or the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority, including profiling, unless there are legitimate grounds for the Controller to continue the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; may object at any time to the processing if personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, insofar as it is related to such direct marketing;
The above-mentioned rights may be exercised vis-à-vis the Controller by contacting the above-mentioned references.
The exercise of your rights as a data subject is free of charge pursuant to Article 12 GDPR. However, in the case of requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive, including by reason of their repetitiveness, the Controller may charge you a reasonable fee, in the light of the administrative costs incurred in dealing with your request, or deny satisfaction of your request.
– RIGHT OF REVOCATION:
The data subject has the right to revoke his or her consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
– RIGHT TO COMPLAIN:
The person concerned has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Piazza di Montecitorio no. 121, 00186, Roma (RM).
I hereby declare that I have received from the Data Controller the information on the use of my personal data and that I consent, in accordance with the privacy legislation, to the processing by the same of the special categories of personal data I have provided for the performance of the activities necessary for the activation and management of the relations, operations and services I have requested.
